About the Owner
Chaparral Construction Company is a Colorado company owned by Rick Lobato. Rick has been a Colorado resident for over 35 years, and together with his wife Karen, are old town Steamboat Springs residents.
History
Recently from Boulder, CO, Rick held a Class B (commercial) contractors license from that city but has concentrated his work on high end residential projects in Eagle, Boulder, and Douglas counties. He has also completed several residential renovations, and some commercial renovations as well, primarily for existing clients. In addition, he has constructed mixed use multi-family products in the New-Urbanist community, Prospect New Town, in Longmont, CO. |
